PhoeniBlocks Privacy Policy

- PhoeniBlocks has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. It does not need the internet to play.
- Your players, scores, saved game and settings stay on your device.
- We only receive something from you if you choose to email us, for example with Send Diagnostics.
- You buy the game once through the app store, which handles payment. We never see your payment details. There are no in-app purchases.
Who we are
PhoeniBlocks is published by Fields Financial and Technical Consulting, LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as PhoeniBlocks. This policy explains what information the PhoeniBlocks game and this website handle and how. It applies to the game on every store and device where we offer it.
What stays on your device
The game keeps the following in its own storage on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else by the game.

Uninstalling the game removes all of this. You can also clear one player's progress in Preferences with Start this player fresh.
When you contact us
Send Diagnostics opens your own email app with the diagnostics log attached (or included in the message), addressed to our support address. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that email. If you do, we receive what any email brings: your email address, what you write, and the log.
We use these emails only to answer you and to fix problems in the game. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or add you to mailing lists. We delete support emails once they are no longer needed, and sooner if you ask.
Purchases
PhoeniBlocks is sold for a one-time price through app stores such as Google Play. The store processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card or bank details. The game has no in-app purchases and does not contact the store while you play.
This website
phoeniblocks.info sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services.
- No sign-in, accounts, contacts, location, camera or microphone.
- No selling or sharing of personal information.
Children
PhoeniBlocks is enjoyable for players of all ages. Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children. If a child emails us, we use that email only to reply, and a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the game's handling of information changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change reaches players.
